Have audio capabilities with the software (headphones for more realism, mics to transmit with rather than picking up a radio).

Further active shooter training (both classroom and practical exercises).

As PIO, I felt separated from the rest of the group. I felt the press conference repetitions were important, but I would have like to rotate through some of the other positions.

Most of the instructors were extremely knowledgeable and approachable. They didn't make you feel stupid for asking questions and were willing to help understand the material.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Getting my dispatchers through Hostage Negotiations.
