Being put in command positions to practice making decisions, etc.

Ambulance driving. It took a while to figure out how to drive.

After the simulation, it would be nice to have an instructor explain the whole situation so everyone understood the who what etc of the situation.

I really can't identify anything. This was without a doubt, the best incident management class I have taken to date.
